We are sourcing first and foremost through our extensive network built during the 14 years experience in the financial sector. We are also excelling at sourcing efficiently through LinkedIn via the recruiter license. All this to find the best profiles who could match your Firm.

Selection of a pool of candidates

We short-list the candidates based a thorough selection process. The short-listed candidates interview full profile description will help you get the 360 picture of the candidate to fast-track your decision making process. Quality over quantity is our Mojo.

For the selected candidates

We will call their previous managers in order to get a full background check including some specific technical skills testing upon requirements. Skills first.

Follow Up

We insure that both the recruiting company and the candidate have a fully transparent vision on the recruitment process progress along the way. Efficiency is key.

First stage interviews

We have built a specific first stage interview process for every type of financial position and levels. The first interview will be run by us face-to-face or via video call to make sure the candidate will represent the Firm perfectly.
